AC Hotel Savannah Historic District

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and spectacular! The staff exceeded my expectations and made my experience in Savannah an unforgettable one. Special thanks to Caleb at Lavender Rooftop Bar for his outstanding service and kindness. Can’t wait to come back.

Wow! This hotel has it all. Fabulous river views at the Lavender rooftop bar, nicely appointed rooms, and an outstanding staff. Importantly, it’s one of the more affordable upscale hotels on the river. Although the hotel was clearly very busy on Christmas Day, the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and accommodating when my holiday plans changed at last minute. For context, I moved to this hotel when the nearby Drayton Hotel couldn’t accommodate my need to extend my stay. The AC is going to be my regular Savannah hotel from now on. Great value and excellent customer service!

Our recent event held at the AC Hotel was exceptional. Thad and his valet team welcomed our guests with gracious, efficient service, setting the tone for experience. Mariana ensured every detail was flawlessly coordinated and checked in regularly to confirm that all of our needs were met. George and the operations team arranged the space beautifully and supported us throughout the event. The hotel itself was new, with a modern and sophisticated vibe. We look forward to returning to the AC Hotel again soon, this time for pleasure rather than business.

Amazing hotel with even better staff. I had an issue with my booking, and Klez, Robert, and Maree went above and beyond to make it right. They were kind, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the situation. What could have been stressful turned into a great experience thanks to them. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and would absolutely stay here again.

Cool spot right at the bottom of Savannah, the rooftop bar offers a great view of the river and city. Our room even had a nice view despite the ac units. The room was clean and modern, comfortable bed and resting area. Would come back.

Excellent location, very Nice spacious rooms, beautiful decor, easy check-in and we received first class, Customerservice by Drew (bellman) he was so welcoming, friendly and kind, Drew is very professional. Cons: The accommodation fell short of expectations as the toilet lacked thorough cleanliness, requiring personal attention. Additionally, marijuana smoke from a neighboring balcony infiltrated our room.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. I want to give special recognition to the front desk team, who truly made my experience exceptional. Shamaree, Nettie, and Quiencey were outstanding, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-tier. Everything—from the rooms to the common areas—was spotless and well maintained. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I will always choose this hotel when I’m in the area and highly recommend it to others.

As a frequent business traveler to The AC Marriott Savannah hotel I must say the level of customer service has been consistent. I would like to highlight Nettie, and Quincy; two of the front desk attendants. There has never been a time where I have not received above standard service from either of them. There flexibility and willingness to accommodate customer requests makes me feel valued, however when I see the same level of customer service extended to all the guests It further emerges my great experience. The hotel is Clean! Yes, clean. High dusting/ low dusting, vents in rooms, bed sheets. I have seen a washcloth with a dryer burn mark once at the start of my stay. However, they brought new towels up asap. Beds are comfortable, rooms contain noise so you are not disturbed as a sleepy traveler or when wanting to truly experience privacy. All in all, a very nice experience! Way to set the standard AC Savannah!
